Who is responsible

Borja Mullor (ByM Labs), based in Spain. You can write to me at borjamullor@gmail.com about anything related to your data.

What I collect

Your name, your email and the message you write in the contact form. If you choose them, also the kind of website and the plan you’re interested in.

What I use it for

Only to reply to your enquiry. I don’t use it to send you advertising and I don’t add you to any list or newsletter.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you send the form (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

How long I keep it

As long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if we end up working together, for as long as our relationship lasts. After that I delete it.

Who I share it with

I don’t give, sell or share your data with third parties for any other purpose.

So that your message reaches my inbox, the form is sent through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a service that only forwards it to my Gmail address. Both act as technical providers and don’t use your data for anything else.

Your rights

You can access your data, correct it or ask me to delete it at any time by writing to borjamullor@gmail.com. You can also object to its processing or ask me to restrict it.

If you think I haven’t handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
